Capsicum Oleoresin is a natural extract derived from the dried fruits of Capsicum species by solvent extraction.The principal active components are capsaicinoids, mainly capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and nordihydrocapsaicin, which contribute to pungency as well as natural color and flavor.
